A saturday morning excursion to the Père Lachaise cemetery provided me with a good Dailimage opportunity. While I ended up with many shots I liked (especially because the light was amazing, so I posted them here), I decided to go with this close-up of Oscar Wilde’s grave, one of my favorite writers. People used to kiss the tombstone/statue but I guess the heirs weren’t too fond of that idea so they installed glass panels all around it. Good thing it didn’t stop the kisses.
